CH D120 PLC replacement

Below Illustrates a Baker Perkins 993 Templex proofer that was originally installed with a CH D120 PLC.
This machine is approximately 20 years old. BKR completely reworked the panel plus added new features.
Encoders were installed to replace the Cam Boxes and Inverters were installed on the Main Drive,
Loader, Unloader and Load Conveyor. The PLC BKR installed was an Allen-Bradley SLC 500 System.
This project was done under a normal down time day. No additional production time was needed to make
the conversion.
