1-5-03 - Batching Systems - BKR has successfully installed 2 custom Batching Control systems that allow the bakery to accurately measure Flour, Water, Sugar, Oil, and Yeast for their products. These Batching systems are PLC controlled and Interfaced with existing Mixers. Recipes are provided to allow storage of different types of products.
